About me
I work with small and medium sized businesses in the creative and technology industries. I guide, advise and mentor on a wide variety of business development issues ranging from sales and negotiation skills, pipeline development, lead generation, sales procedure and best practices, strategic business development planning, including marketing and business positioning, target sector analysis and research.
Dependant on what best supports the business, I work on a daily, short, medium or long-term contractual basis, for an agreed fee/project budget through private arrangement with senior management to work with their company, either individually or in teams.
I also work through my partnership with various trade associations, government, industry and educational bodies on courses I run through them. Please refer to my biography for full information about whom I work with.
I work in 3 stages:
Stage 1
An initial scoping meeting with senior management to assess the specific needs of the business (course or consultancy specifics) on which to base my recommendations and requirements, where I can add value and what I can deliver.
Shortly afterwards a proposal outlining my recommendations, deliverables and costs will be submitted for review and approval.
Stage 2
Once the proposal and costs have been finalised and agreed a date will be set to commence work.
A first stage invoice will be submitted at this stage at 50% of the total costs (usually this applies for short, medium and long-term contracts only).
The consultancy then begins or a course delivered, according to my recommendations and the agreed structure, deliverables, format and costs.
Stage 3
Once the consultancy/course has concluded the final deliverable (if required) is submitted together with the final invoice (including expenses if appropriate).
